Bourbon Chicken

This one is going from "try it soon" to regular staple around my house! This was AWESOME! Delicious, not to bad to prepare (stove does the cooking) and did I say delicious? I prepared exactly as the directions state. I would say that all in all it is on the smaller side of 4 servings so you might want to ramp it up a bit.

Bang Bang Shrimp

Bang Bang Shrimp

Easy to prepare, easy to cook, easy to devour!!! These make a great appetizer / snack. As with the other reviews, I went ahead and used the 3:1 ratio of tablespoons of the spicy chili sauce to pound of shrimp. Had people hovering over me waiting on the second batch to get done!

All in all this is a cheap family dish that can serve 5-6 quite easily with the potential for leftovers still there. It tastes like chili flavored Frito's and there is nothing wrong with that if you are into them. My family all seemed to like it and re
