Pepperoni StromboliI too found it very difficult to roll out the dough. I also added Italian sausage and used fresh mozzarella it was great.my Italian husband even thought so.

Chicken CarbonaraFANTASTIC! I added a couple eggs just before the cream and it makes it even "creamier".It's only difference is the rice which I found was a great change from pasta. FYI craigcamp:Pasta alla carbonara is a family of Italian pasta dishes based on eggs, parmesan, pancetta guanciale or bacon and black pepper. Carbonaro means charcoal-burner in Italian, thought to be called such from the black pepper flakes in the dish.

Olive Garden Alfredo SauceI thought it was excellent and tasted like Olive Garden's version. I didn't have the time to let it simmer for more than 20 minutes. I did add a little roux to thicken it a bit and it was fantastic!

Pasta CarbonaraVery easy to make, great flavors. Made it twice and plan to make it again and again. I added a little fresh chopped parsley at the end and it really adds a freshness to it. Loved it! Thanks
