Oven Baked, Roasted Garlic -GeigerWasn't keen on going to another site for the seasoning; might have been better had I done so. Otherwise, it was not bad, but just O.K.

Steve's French Onion SoupI tried mixing it up too by adding 1 quart chicken stock. It made it a lit lighter than I normally like. Wife liked it though. Watch fir the salting; found I didn't have to add any additional.
