Fabulous French BreadThis recipe was so easy! I followed the other reviewers' advice and baked it at 375 for less time. We love it, I make it at least once a week! This will be great for winter, too, when soup is on the menu most nights.

Moussaka (Baked Eggplant with Potatoes)Love this. I think it is important to take the time to make the egg/milk topping, it's the best part! I added a little mozz cheese to the layers and sprinkled more bread crumbs and parmesan on top.

Creamy Scrambled EggsTasty. I also added a little bit of onion. My boyfriend even liked them and he usually insists that his eggs get cooked to death. I made them in the same pan I fried the bacon in so they were even more rich!

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)These were great. My boyfriend thought he had found his favorite chop recipe when I made him my family recipe but he says this is a contender for sure. And it is a lot easier for me to whip up after a busy day. I added some potatoes and carrots so I could get our side dish without dirtying another pot. I also threw in a few lightly crushed garlic cloves. Yum. Thanks!

Easy Peanut Butter CookiesTasty! I added a small handful of choc chips and a tablespoon or so of course ground coffee. Yum.

Cream Of Mushroom SoupThis is a great jumping off point for mushroom soup! I added a couple small diced red potatoes because I didn't have a full pound of mushrooms. I also added a little onion and minced garlic. I blended about 3/4 of the soup before adding milk. Since I didn't have cream I used Vitamin D milk and a little sour cream. We loved it. Thank you!

BLT Pasta SaladThis recipe got race reviews from everyone. I also added chicken with ranch seasoning, red onions and a little sharp cheddar cheese so that it was able to be served as the main dish. Perfect for this summer time heat!
