Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

I love making these! I add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, a few dashes of cayenne pepper and Zatarain's blackened seasoning. I also like to mix in 1/4 cup fully cooked crumbled sausage to the cream cheese. They never last long after coming out of the oven!

Broiled Tilapia

Broiled Tilapia

Instead of spraying the fish with oil, we spread real butter on each fillet. We also sprinkle lemon pepper on each piece before cooking, in addition to the fresh squeezed lemon juice. My kids love fish broiled this way!

Buffalo Wings (Hot Wings)

Buffalo Wings (Hot Wings)

I've tried several hot wing recpies and this was by far our favorite. It had just the right amount of heat but still had flavor. It was also the first time I made my own blue cheese dressing and I don't think I will ever go back to bottle. I did add 4 dried and sliced red chiles from my garden and everybody loved these wings!!! Yumm!

European Street Style Beer Cheese Soup

I didn't add onion as my family doesn't care for the flavor. I used velvetta, smoked cheddar, and pepperjack cheese. We loved the addition of popcorn, and used regular miller lite beer. My boyfriend has asked me to make this twice this week and it's a hit with my kids! Very good!
