Seafood Chowder-By RenetteIt's a cold Melbourne (Aust) winter so I cooked this for my Yankee partner. We had some visiting San Fran recently, & I have to say this was a pretty good match!! Being vegetarian I used fish & shrimp paste- & prawns & squid rings bloody fab!!! paste,

Baked Fresh Tuna in Tomato Pur?eLovely dish! I added a diced red onion before cooking tuna plus cooked it in an electric frypan. Also I used half a tin tomatoes instead of paste. Flavours were just great. ;)
