Chicken and Leek PieYum. The whole family liked it. Next time I'm making a double recipe because my two teenage sons devoured it and there was not enough for the rest of us.

Buttermilk Baked Chicken with Spinach SaladI followed the recipe exactly until the end when I made some changes in hopes of saving our dinner. About five minutes into baking I smelled something burning and realized that the breadcrumb topping was getting awfully dark. (Given I have a fairly new and very expensive gormet oven that I've never had an issue with, I think the temperature given in the recipe is too high.) I put foil over the chicken and reduced the temp to 375. The salad portion was way too bland for my liking. I added some blue cheese, but that didn't help it much. The chicken came out overcooked, dry, and uninspiring. My family did not care for it either. It needed something, like maybe bacon? Although that would take much of the healthiness out of the dish.

Flank Steak (Grilled) with Rosemary (Boom)First I made this with a flank steak which is not one of my favorite cuts. It was ok. Since then I've made it with a London broil and a big 'ol sirloin and both were delicious. This is definitely my favorite marinade for a grilled steak!

Coconut Fish Stew With Basil and Lemon GrassYummy! I followed the recipe exactly except I like a little heat so I added the jalapeno with seeds and ribs. Also, my lemon grass is under some snow, so I substituted a Tbsp of Penzey's dried lemon grass for the stalk. I can imagine it would have been even better with fresh - I can't wait to make it again in the spring. Thanks for the recipe!

Port Wine Sauce (for Filet Mignon or Prime Rib)Made my "ford" peppercorn pork tenderloin into a Rolls-Royce. Even my mother-in-law complimented me on the meal. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't bother with straining the sauce. Also, I added some sauteed baby bellas. Thanks for the recipe!

Mussels with blue cheeseUnique and delicious! Thank you for posting this recipe. I served it with steamed artichokes and crusty bread, both excellent when dipped in the sauce.
