Layered Taco CasseroleTurned out much better than I thought it would. I thought there wasn't enough beef and it would be too dry but it was moist and tasted great. I'll try adding a layer of Mexican rice, black beans and sliced jalapeños in the future just for variety but this is a great cheap meal to feed a family. Kudos!

Pumpkin BarsAmazingly delicious! My daughter and I like pumpkin but my son and husband don't. Even my husband loved these! I made everyone taste some at the holidays and even the ones who said "I don't like pumpkin." liked it. Very moist, not overly pumpkiny or overly spicy, all the flavors balanced, and the icing is the best!

Birds Nest (Eggs and Toast)So simple but so delicious! Tastes much better than I thought it would. The recipe doesn't call for salt and pepper but it tastes much better with it. Especially pepper.

Proscuitto Pork Cutlets with Garlic Sage Lemon SauceGreat Recipe! Even my picky eater children gave it rave reviews. They ate so much they didn't have any room for dessert.
