Stuffed StrawberriesWOW....Fabulous! I served these at a dinner party and my guests could not get enough. I did add 2 extra tbs of confectioners sugar and used almond extract. After a few times of using a knife to make a hole in the berries, I decided to use the small end of a melon ball scoop and it worked perfectly. Will definately be making again soon.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno PoppersAlways a big hit! I have cooked them on the grill and in the oven, both are great. At different times I have added sausage and have added shredded cheese. They really are not spicy unless you leave some seeds in them. Fun to make and serve.

Chicken in Basil Cream (9)Delicious! I seasoned the chicken with salt and onion powder before dipping in panko bread crumbs, also sauted some diced onions in the skillet before adding the broth. Will definately make again.

Slow Cooker Carnitas (Pulled Pork)Very tasty! I cooked mine in the crockpot all day while we were gone, pulled apart into chunks and browned in oven. I didn't have a fresh orange so I replaced some of the broth with orange juice. I think it would have been even better with the orange zest. Will definately make again.

Italian Sausage Skillet SlopGreat recipie! I added one chopped jalapeno, a little red wine and a touch of cream to thicken. My husband was eating out of the pot before the noodles were done. Btw, i doubled the sauce and froze in Ziplocs for those busy nights! Thx for the recipie, a definate keeper.
