Chicken Parmesan for TwoExcellent. Came out perfectly. Picky hubby loved it, said so 3 times.

Cajun Chicken PastaVery tasty. I sweat the veggies like the post below recommened. Added parm cheese to mixture before taking it off the stove. Next time I will add garlic to the veggie mixture. Also added extra pepper. Was excellent, even picky hubby who doesn't like pasta liked it.

Crockpot Pork Chops with Mushroom SauceEasyGrady. Added 1/2 cup mushrooms and sour cream, 2tbs garlic and extra pepper. Still a bit bland, put it on rice and added parmesan cheese. Was then excellent!!!
