Chipotle HummusIt was DELICIOUS,,,, I didn't have chipotle peppers nor cumin, instead, I used 1TB of chipotle chile peppers powder from McCormick Gourmet Collection and one envelope of Goya Seasoning with coriander & annatto. I made half of the recipe and it tasted very good.

Avocado Tomato SaladGreat recipe. I tried with chipotle salmon and east texas sweet potatoes recipe. Good combination of flavors.

Lentil Soup with Sausage and GreensI didn't like the sweetness of the Italian sausage too much, although it turned out pretty good, next time I will use smoked or Louisiana sausage instead.

Honey-Glazed Pork ChopsI tried this recipe and my husband and I liked it very much. I sprinkled the pork chops with garlic and onion powder and since I didn't have brown sugar at the time, I used instead, Hickory Honey mustard and it came out good. This is a very easy recipe for someone who doesn't have to much time to cook. :)
