Italian Sausage and Rice CasseroleI've made this a few times now and I still love it! I prefer a cheese sausage since I don't like spicy foods but it works with any sausage. I usually add a little extra water, maybe a 1/4 cup or so. It's very easy and warms up well.

Applesauce MuffinsI've made these probably 5 or 6 times now and love them! I've found that a full batch makes 12 normal muffins and enough for 12 mini muffins too or a half-batch makes ~8 muffins. Also, they seem too dense for Jumbo muffins and don't quite rise enough (tried twice). I highly suggest these!!!

Broccoli Ham RingI LOVE this!!! I add carrots and make it in a half batch. I've already made it twice. It's even better warmed up the next day!
