Stuffed Pepper CupsI have been using this recipe that I found in the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook since I found it in 1971. It is the best stuffed pepper recipe there is. Boyfriends and husband loved it! Gave the recipe to a friend who made it for a crowd of high school lacrosse players and they raved!! Personally, I use a bit more worchestershire sauce, cheddar cheese and stewed tomatoes instead of plain. A wonderful family style recipe. Love the tri-color peppers.
