Cranberry-Pear SauceA great way to use up overripe pears and leftover fresh cranberries. I actually used less cranberries than what was called for the first time I made the recipe. My 5 year old daughter is a fan of unsweetened applesauce of any flavor, so I decided to give this a try. The color of the sauce is beautiful.
