Fantastic dish! Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect blend of savory and spice. I served it on a bed of brown rice. The only variation I made was to substitute the Garam Masala with Madras Curry Powder (My store was out of Garam Masala). In my opinion, the Serrano chilies are what really put this one over the top. The only complaint I have is that the recipe says it makes twelve servings and four members of my family were able to put the whole pot away in one sitting.
