Pan-seared Salmon with Fresh Tomato-basil Relish (ww 8 Pts)Loved this recipe. I had a lot of fun preparing it, and my husband and I really enjoyed. I served it with garlic bread and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Bourbon ChickenDelicious!!! Served it over rice with stemed broccoli, my husband and I LOVED it... Next time, I'll add cashews and some veggies in it... Easy and amazingly flavourful.
