Awesome Baked Pork ChopsMy guys loved this one. I will make it again but I prefer recipes that take less time and use fewer dishes which streamlines clean up & prep time. But the end result was very yummy.

Crescent Hamburger PieMade this week and my hungry guys gave it 2 thumbs up. I used my food processor for the peppers & onion. Also chose my square baking stone dish which worked great with the dough; less trimming. I'll diffinatlly make again. C

Bourbon ChickenMy daughter says it's the best Chinese I've ever made. I didn't have crushed red pepper flakes so I used ground instead. It put in a little more zing! She also asked me to add pineapple chunks next time. Good idea & I'll try it.

Beef Stroganoff in Crock PotI too added red wine. I also substituted fat free plain yogurt for sour cream; they taste the same. The kids & I enjoyed it. The hubby didn't tell me until almost time to eat that he didn't care for any beef stroganoff. Oh well.

Easy Baked Parmesan TilapiaThree 3/4 thumbs up here and the only reason is because the one eater isn't fond of fish. But he ate it too. Will make again.

Beef and Swiss Meat PiesMade this tonight. It got thumbs up from everyone in my house. I preheated my baking stone as suggested & it worked great. I was pondering making an Italian version w/mozzarella & Italian seasoning. could work!
