Applesauce Banana BreadI absolutely love this recipe I have made it several times... I teach a Home Economics class and I used it in my class too. It has no oil or butter (low fat) and it comes out incredibly moist everytime, yet it still has a nice fluffy cosistancy, not to dense like the recipies that replace the oil with yogurt. I am replacing my normal Banana Bread recipe that I have used for years with this one! Fabulous!!!
