I live about 30 Minutes outside of Chicago, one of the best cities ever! Lots of great food here!! I love to cook and bake...I'm recently a "runner" have joined a running club with my sisters and have done 2 5ks so far. I have an 18month daughter and a wonderful husband...we LOVE the beach... I love having family/friends over and cooking!
I love food...and really enjoy trying new recipes I remember being 3 or 4 years old and standing on a chair cooking with my mom...she's the best cook....I like cooking with my husband, who mainly grills so summertime is his time to shine

Easy Chicken Stir-FryThis was very simple to make, and very tasty....next time I make it I will probably use reduced sodium soy sauce..it was just a little salty for me..otherwise the whole family loved it!
