I was looking for a recipe for this cuz I was craving my Albodigas soup from a restaurant in California, and since I couldn't go there, I had to make some. this was PERFECT! Even my super, super picky 2-year-old loved it!
Was the perfect consistency. Just like in a restaurant. My husband and I served with a salad. Even the kids loved it. I added extra bacon. My husband said it would taste good w/ brocolli in it too! Next time!
