Garlic Shiitake Green BeansI love this recipe - really great way to spruce up simple blanched green beans. I made this with white button mushrooms though and it came out great! I also boiled the garlic with the green beans before cooking them with the mushrooms. This really brings out the sweetness of the garlic and removes some of the pungency.
