Three Sisters SauteMy husband and I really lived this dish. The sage pesto is too bitter by itself (unlike basil pesto) but mixed into the veggies as instructed gives nice sage-y flavor. I have used the leftover sage pesto a couple of other wAus, too, but this entree was the best use so far!

Gourmet Grilled CheeseThis was so simple and tasty! I just made one sandwich on a Foreman grill and just used what was on hand: whole grain bread, cream cheese, miracle whip lite, shredded mozzarella, gouda, cheddar. It was quick and I liked it!

Southern New Year's Day SoupWe made this for New Year's Day and it was great :) Recipe made 15 cups so the servings are large. When I make it again I will probably use a little less water. I used a mix of kale and collard greens and my hubby and I both enjoyed it.

Cold Zucchini Soup with CurryI enjoyed this but only are it hot. I had it wish fish and I think if I had made some crusty garlic bread to dunk in the soup it would have been perfect.

P. F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce WrapsNo matter what I do lettuce wraps always seem to fail me whether I have them in a restaurant or at home; they fall apart and leak everywhere. But these are delicious and I can imagine the chicken over a bed of baby spinach or rice. The sauce would be better reduced and I cut back on the sugar based on another reviewers comment and that worked out great, it was still sweet.

Orrechiette with Caramelized Onions, Sugar Snap Peas, and Ricotta CheeseThis is quick and easy. With the addition of Romano, crushed red pepper and some grape tomato halves it is a 5 star recipe. I used whole wheat spaghetti and frozen peas (not snap peas).

Chicken StockSo easy! I made this with leftover chicken pieces from the whole chickens I sometimes roast (innards, necks). Since I didn't have any celery or carrots I used fennel and it all came out great. I loved adding Ginger, I haven't used that in stock before.
