Chris's LasagnaExcellent recipe, added a little tomato sauce just because I was a little worried it would not be saucy enough. I also added a small onion chopped and sautéed with the sausage. Added this to my favorites immediately, my family is going to want this again.

Chicken Pot Pie CasseroleThis is a new favorite, everyone had seconds. Did double the crust as suggested and sautéed a little celery and the onion prior to mixing all the filling ingredients. Will have this over and over!

Finger Lickin Good Pork ChopsWhole family enjoyed this, did not have the mustard so used Paula Dean's steak seasoning and added garlic pepper and chopped onions. No leftovers is always a good sign!
