Chicken Soup with Wild RiceGreat recipe. Was looking for a creamy wild rice soup. Fit the bill perfect. Went to the freezer to get some chicken and I found some leftover smoked pork butt from this summer. Used that as the meat instead, added some corn. Left rest of the recipe the same. Amazing. Will be making the chicken version in the future.

Chile Verde de PuercoTastes fantastic. I used lean pork chops instead and the meat just falls apart.
