Cajun Chicken PastaForgot the mushrooms, but still delicious! A couple other differences: used real garlic, squeezed a tiny bit of fresh lemon, and used creme fraiche instead of whole cream. A real hit! :)

Teriyaki ChickenI used white cooking wine instead of the sherry, but it still turned out great!

Libby's Famous Pumpkin PieDidn't change anything except I made the crust myself, turned out great!

Strawberries & Cream Banana BreadDelicious! I made them into mini muffins instead of the loaf, they baked faster and were fun to pop into the mouth! :)

Garlic Shrimp and ScallopsI didn't have parsley and I accidently added just a little too much of the chicken broth (though even with that I ended up microwaving a cube with a little water) but it was delicious anyways. Definitely something I will be making in the future.

Italian Ricotta CheesecakeI'm not a big fan of regular cheesecake as I normally find it too rich and heavy, but this recipe was lighter and absolutely delicious! I made this here in France, so I did subsitute the sour cream for creme fraiche (though pretty much the same thing) and used yeast instead of cornstarch as I could not find any here? Also, my friend had the idea of using crumbled Speculoos crackers combined with butter to form a bottom crust. My French host family loved the slight lemony tang and were very much impressed! :)
