Slow Cooker Potato SoupI made this today and it was pretty good! I'm always looking for new potato soup recipes, as it is my favorite. I used Half & Half instead of heavy cream (to cut down on calories) and it was still very thick. I also added chili powder to mine. Good stuff!

Tater Tot CasseroleI made this for myself and two girlfriends one night and it was a HUGE hit! I will definitely be making this again.
