Crescent Chicken Squares

Crescent Chicken Squares

I would say drain the canned chicken...or omit the milk and keep the 2 Tbsp. of chicken juice...my filling was liquid. It was FUN trying to get all that goop inside the crescents. I will make this again b/c the end product tasted great!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Due to the previous comments I added 1/4 cup more rice at the beginning. Come out with no liquid at all! Super easy! To jazz it up a bit I splashed some balsamic vinegar to the plated portion and Wal-lah! Yum-O

Baked Stuffed Potatoes

These are great! I'd keep them in the oven about five more minutes at the end to get a little more golden on the top. Yummm!

Fresh Peach Muffins with a Pecan Crumb Topping

Fresh Peach Muffins with a Pecan Crumb Topping

I love the batter for this muffin...next time i'll omit the pecan crumb topping...it wasn't "crumby" and the butter (although cold when used) quickly melted making more of a liquid on top of the muffin...My husband LOVED these!
