Chewy Sugar CookiesTasty, chewy cookies! Didn't have buttermilk on hand so I used white vinegar and some milk and let it sit 5 minutes. Works the same.

Chicken Drumstick with Peanut Butter IcingBoth my dogs loved this. I used canned chicken and a little more peanut butter, icing was just a tad runny. But now my little pug dances when he sees me grab one.

Butter Pecan PieUsed a different recipe for pie crust, but the custard to this is absolutely delicious. Whole pie turned out amazing.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)Delicious! I followed others advice and cut the chicken into strips, then seasoned and pan fried it before hand. Put it all together, used pepper jack and colby jack cheese and bacon ranch cuz it's what was in hand but turned out delicious and is very modifiable to your tastes!
