What's for dinner?
I can cook, I just don't. I live alone, so often I opt for the quickest meal solution. If it takes much time to do it, I tend to not think it's worth it if it's just for me.
I moved into an apt with a small (VERY small) kitchen, partly because I never cook so it doesn't matter. However, I've realized that I've gained weight by stress-eating, and eating bad food (work is stressful). So I need to start cooking healthier foods... and most foods you cook will be healthier than the typical fast food, cheap restaurant option.

Recipes I've Posted (all 3)
Though I have a reputation in my family as not being a cook, aside from my parents, I have the most experience cooking a turkey! I have helped two of my sisters cook turkeys for Thanksgiving, after learning how to cook turkeys for a Christmas dinner with friends.
I also love a sandwich my mom used to make from leftover turkey... you put turkey in a food processor, let it get all chopped up, and then add mayo. It looks like a Tuna sandwich but tastes like turkey.
