Turkey TetrazziniLove this recipe. Thank You for supplying a recipe with no canned soup added since we have someone allergic to MSG. That is in all canned soups listed as a yeast. We made this recipe and doubled it for another meal later. We added diced garlic to taste. Our family used a tablespoon. We also used up the leftover gravy by adding it. It was about a cup.

Oven Roasted PotatoesI added more garlic because I use garlic from our garden, but the flavors of the herbs are so good together. We use our own herbs as well. It was not difficult to make. My kids love helping put this together. The older ones cut the potatoes into chunks.

Chocolate Buttercream FrostingStart with 2 cups powdered sugar.

Gratin of Brussels SproutsI loved this recipe. I have always hated Brussels sprouts. I added some minced garlic to it. About a teaspoon min. would do. We used more because Portuguese use more.

Irresistable Chocolate Chip PancakesWe used three types of chips. Used Nutella for a light topping. What was not eaten was used for school day breakfasts.

Italian Chocolate Bread Pudding (Bodino Nero)How much cubed bread do you add? There is no amount listed in the ingredients list.

Crock-Pot Bread PuddingI liked the crock pot idea but I changed a few things. I put the pudding mixture in a dish that fits inside the pot then put water in the bottom of the crock. This is more like the traditional oven bread pudding. I added 2tsp of cinnamon to the pudding mixture a tbsp of whiskey to the sauce.

Pizza MuffinsI ADDED SOME ITALIAN SEASONING TO THE BATTER. I ALSO BLENEDED THE CHEESES. I USED AN ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND. MOTZ AND COLBY/ JACK OR YOU CAN USE A BAGGED ITALIAN CHEESES.
