Linguine With Peppery White Clam SauceWhile I was making this dish it looked like it was going to be a big nothing. I was suprised how great it tasted. I did add extra garlic and onions beliving these recipes never have enough garlic for my taste.

Roasted Brussels SproutsEven my kids love it. They would not touch Brussels sprouts before. I chop up garlic and add it to the oil just before coating the sprouts. Garlic gets all nice and roasted imparting a delious flavor.
