Spritsar (Swedish Spritz Cookies)

Spritsar (Swedish Spritz Cookies)

Perfect Swedish spritz recipe, I used superfine sugar and soft white lily flour and they turned out amazing with the perfect amount of almond flavor and sweetness

Taco Seasoning Mix

Taco Seasoning Mix

Very easy and, if you're the type that keeps your spices stocked, you don't have to worry about picking up a pack of msg taco seasoning. I added some ground sea salt to mine and it tasted a lot like taqueria seasoned beef so I liked it a lot

Traditional Italian Tomato Sauce

Traditional Italian Tomato Sauce

Very good and basic, I also used dried basil and it turned out well. It's nice to use this basic recipe and add whatever you want from there. So much cheaper than buying premade when you want a pasta sauce without added sugar

Lemon Tea Cookies

Lemon Tea Cookies

These are very good! I used superfine sugar and soft white lily flour in the cookies and they were so soft! The batch makes a lot, too. It would be best to zest the lemons first just because it does take a minute. Even though there's a few steps to making these it's worth the work. I agree they have the perfect amount of lemon flavor, might add a little more lemon juice in the dipping mixture next time though because I love lemon!

Beef Ravioli

Beef Ravioli

I used a different dough recipe because this recipe was unclear, very confusing actually, not sure if my computer was loading it correctly but I haven't had this problem with any other recipes. The filling was a bit dry, i used 90/10 ground beef. Not bad though.

Better Than Bisquick Baking Mix

Better Than Bisquick Baking Mix

I never buy bisquick but so many recipes call for it, so I made this just to use in recipes. Soon I was making delicious and very easy biscuits too! I'm about to make this recipe again to use in some peanut butter cookies since I've used up all my "homemade" biquick already.
