Ziti Al Forno; Baked Ziti

I enjoyed this recipe. Very simple and you can adapt it to your tastes. I doubled the recipe and used jar sauce and added my own seasoning. I liked that I did not need eggs or mozzarella since I was out of both. It's all about the ricotta with me

Easy Polenta Marinara

Easy Polenta Marinara

This was good in the sense that it was easy to make and I liked it, but I have yet to find a really great or flavorful polenta. It is kind of bland but I expected that. Probably a good starting point for a polenta dish but needs more.

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Pasta

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Pasta

Admittedly, I'm not a very good cook, still learning, but this was very easy for someone as unskilled as myself. Fresh and delicious and you can adjust everything to your taste and add or subtract different ingredients. Nice framework for the novice.

White Bean Dip

White Bean Dip

This was easy, delicious and healthy. I didn't bother with the parsley and used roasted mashed garlic, about six cloves. Roasted garlic is sweeter and more mellow so you can use more. Tasted like a restaurant dip. Yum!!!

Susan's Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Susan's Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

This was absolutely delicious and super easy. I added kidney beans and a small can of corn. Instead of cream cheese, I added sour cream to taste. So good!
