Chicken Tortilla Soup ala SteveAwesome recipe. My husband requested it once a week for the whole winter--even better than any other recipe I've ever eaten. We had all the "stuff" that you included as extras. Definitely going on my favorites list.

Bacon Tomato Ranch Pasta SaladMade this recipe tonight. I agree with using more dressing because the noodles soak it up. I might also add Italian dressing so it's not so bland. Love the bacon for crunch. Thanks for submitting.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistMade this recipe tonight. Pretty tasty. A little too creamy tasting and salty for me. I would cook the chicken with olive oil next time and use less soup as I think that added to the salty taste. We ate it with sour cream on top. Should have used shredded lettuce also. Thanks for submitting.
