What's for dinner?

	Chicken lettuce wraps This is an EXCELLENT recipe! I cooked the veggies in olive oil and doubled the "saucy" stuff (we like sauce). Served it up with brown rice and had a feast. 	Yummy Mexican Cheesecake Appetizer This was a hit with my guests. I cut it into slices just as you would a cheesecake. It's firm enough to stay together in a slice but also soft enough for chip dipping once it gets on your plate. on Friday, June 10, 2011
