This recipe is good but bland. No seasoning of any kind to help the salmon. I made it as directed with the following changes. I sauted an additional 1/2 pound of mushrooms and added two cloves of garlic to the mushrooms near the end. When I have the water/wine/cream mixture cooked down I added the mushrooms and garlic and added some parsley and basil. Still very tame, but it was liked.
