Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesMy 11 year old daughter made these and they are the chewiest, yummiest cookies we have ever had. We also added cinnamon - heaven!!!

Eggplant ParmigianaIt's a pretty long process if you ask me (equivalent to making lasagna) but totally worth the effort. Made this for a family dinner and it was a huge hit! Will certainly make this again.
