Carrot CakeAbsolutely excellent. I made no changes and the whole family said it was restaurant quality. Excellent to give for thank-yous. Tips: ***bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes ***Cream cheese frosting recipe that really compliments this cake: 2 cups powdered sugar 1 package cream cheese 1 stick butter, melted 3 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon

Bette's Fabulous GranolaIt was very easy to make and tasted great! I was afraid it was too brown sugar-y at first, but once it cooled it tasted great!! Lots of compliments, I plan on making it to give as a gift.
