These were wonderful! Not being a fan of dill, I substituted one teaspoon cracked pepper. The texture was excellent, the rich buttery flavor of the cracker was just perfect. I'm always looking for ways to use my starter, without having to bake a loaf or two of bread, and the crackers are an uncomplicated way of refreshing my starter, without having to dump any.
