Mexican Cornbread CasseroleGreat taste.... however, the middle was undercooked and runny. I will follow the suggestions to pre-bake the bottom layer next time. My family is skeptical at this point. Will try again in a few weeks.

Finger Lickin Good Pork ChopsCould have been made using only one can of soup. I omitted the mushrooms (my fam doesn't eat them).... I thought it had a little too much sauce. My family LOVED it anyway. Served with roasted red potatoes and lima beans. I was a superstar!
