Super Simple Pot Roast
SAHMother of 2. I have 1 boy and 1 girl at home and 1 who flew the next and has a son of his own. A wonderful husband since 1988. A enormous collection of cookbooks including 1 of my own recipes along with friends and family additions. I love to make new recipes and like for people to enjoy mine. I became addicted to www.food.com MANY years ago, and now I have a new place to spend my time searching! YEA!

Prime Rib w/ Au jus Italian foods Seafood fresh off the boats in Charleston SC! I remember starting dinner for my family in the 8th grade, my father loved to cook large meals and I used to watch him and learn from the master! My sister was engaged to a Chef from Naples Italy and they owned a restaurant where I learned to cook amazing Italian meals.

UPDATE!! I have edited the recipe and hope this is simpler. i tend to forget to be so detailed since most of the time in my Chef cooking I dont measure anything, I eye ball it. Please message with any questions. YES there is NO sauce inside this lasagna (only on top after) this is traditional Naples lasagna.

You could use a indoor grill. so the time posted for making this recipe is including the marinating time etc. You shouldn''t use dried basil in the bruschetta it doesn''t come out the same.
