Singapore noodlesI used very thin fresh rice noodles and didn't pre soak them. This recipe was delicious and very easy, I'll definitely be doing these again.

Aloo GobiDelicious! I added just a splash of water before covering and used a White onion as I didn't have a red one. Will definitely do this recipe again.
