Quick and Easy MeatloafMy husband and I enjoyed this meatloaf. It was moist and had nice flavoring because of the stuffing mix. I did not add the diced onion or pepper because I didn't feel like chopping. Maybe I will add it the next time I make this meatloaf.

Easy Peanut Butter CookiesFantastic melt in your mouth cookies. A big hit with the family. I added a few chocolate chips on top of some of them before cooking-came out really good. Batter was very sticky and a little difficult to roll, but just chill it for about 15 minutes and it's easy to roll and press in the pattern with the fork. Thanks for a simple, easy and delicious recipe!

Kitty Litter Cake for HalloweenI love this recipe. I have made it twice. It almost made my 6 year old nephew cry, he refused to even look at it. However everyone else who sees it gets a big kick out of it even when they are a little grossed out by it. The cake tastes great. I followed the recipe and it worked out great both times.
