Speghetti Meat SauceI used this as a base recipe then added to it. I used 10 regular and 10 Roma tomatoes. I made meatballs instead and added kielbasa to my sauce.

Sour Cream-chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting and Chocolate-peanutThis cake is amazing!! I made it for my sons birthday and he loved it!! So did everyone else. I will use the cake as my permanent chocolate cake recipe. It's beyond delicious. Freezing the cake layers is solid advice and use the parchment paper on the bottom of the pans.

Thanksgiving TurkeyNov 2011-Turkey was a huge hit! So juicy and melted in your mouth. Directions were a tad confusing, but easy enough to work around. We will definitely be making this next year. Nov 2012--Looking forward to making this turkey this year. Kids have been talking about it now for a month! Still the best turkey I've ever had!

Crock Pot Mac and CheeseI made this Mac and cheese for thanksgiving and my family devoured it!!! It was amazing! Cook the noodles at aldente, then cook the whole thing on very low setting. If you do not, it will seperate/curdle. I also like to add a bit of pepper jack as it kicks up the flavor. My family asks for this all the time. I literally have to deny them or they would just eat this!
