Easy Lemon CookiesMy husband in regard to these cookies after inhaling 5 or 6: "You need to take these away from me..." And then, "Hey, where are you taking the cookies!?" Of course our 13 month old had a taste and liked them as well. Needless to say I will be making these again.

Lemon BarsIt went over without a hitch. Kind of confused about the thinner crust mixture, took forever to brown. Was it suppose to be crumbly? Whatever, it was good!

Bisquick Coffee CakeThis is wonderful! Slice some bananas and place then in the bottom of the pan before pouring the batter and adding the topping, it's great!

EASY MORNING COFFEE CAKEI've made three of these in the last two days. I sliced bananas length-wise and lined the bottom of the pan with them before adding the cake mix for the last one. It magically disappeared! ... I wonder if that ever happens in anyone else's household?

BLT Macaroni SaladThis was so good! The only change I made was I used cucumber because I had no celery. It went really well with the dressing.

Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeI've made 5 cakes in the last two weeks. First one with blueberries, it was eaten. Second without any fruit, and that was eaten. The third blueberry cake disappeared. The fourth strawberry one was a hit at my granmother's work, and fifth blueberry cake was nearly devoured whole by the boys at another workplace. I think it's safe to say this coffee cake recipe is absolutely wonderful! (I make one difference to the recipe: I sprinkle brown sugar with the cinnamon on top instead of regular granulated sugar.)

Peppered Lemon Chicken PastaI thought it was good--and quite easy, which is nice when you have a 5 month old to watch while you're cooking. My husband thought it was all right, but would have much prefered a much thicker sauce.

Bacon wrapped chickenEvery night, I ask my husband what he wants for dinner and every night he tells me he wants me to make this. (I kid you not!) Even my grandmother, who is SO very picky when it comes to any food, loves this. I've even taken to throwing together some other spices with the brown sugar. Needless to say, this has now become a favorite in our household.
