Chicken CarbonaraMy whole family again has liked another recipe that I have picked out. This was soooo good and rich. I used 8 oz. of mushrooms and 16 oz. of parmesan cheese. Next time I would like more cream so I may double the cream and even more cheeeeessse!!

Easy Chicken CacciatoreI could not believe that my veggie haten family really liked this. I switched some things around like instead of crusher red pepper I used paprika, rosemary and garlic grinder. I would loose a pepper (green) and add another 8 oz. of shrooms!!
