Broccoli Raisin SaladThis was a big hit and I will make it again for sure. I cut the dressing amounts in half and I microwaved the broccoli for 2 minutes, just to soften it a bit.

Chicken Tender Panini and Tomato ChutneyThis is fantastic and easy to do. I used Italian bread and did on the George Forman grill. The chutney is fantastic. I didn't have Pineapple preserves so I substituted apricot preserves.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)I was disappointed. It was good, but not terrific. It tasted somehow "odd" to me. I think it was the ranch dressing that didn't work for my palate. Also the stuffing underneath got mushy. I will try again because it holds promise. I will omit the ranch dressing and use only 1 cup of water for the stuffing. I so appreciate other reviewers! Thanks.

Yummy Yogurt PieThis was delicious. I sprinkled crushed Oreos on top, rather than the chocolate. I froze it and served it still partially frozen. Big hit with guests!

White chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookiesThese are fantastic. I used apricot preserves on some and orange marmalade on some instead of raspberries simply because they were available. These cookies made me a big hit!
