StashChef
I have a big stash of food in my pantry (and larder and freezer, etc!) and am cooking my way through it all. I try to use up my stash whenever possible.
My favorite recipe is gingered peach preserves, but it takes a very long time to make, so my backup is a tomato sandwich on toast.

Boston Baked BeansI used a ham hock and two thick slices of bacon for the pork flavoring. It was delicious and the perfect consistency.

Grilled Lemon Ginger Pork ChopsThese were excellent. The only change I made was to cook them slightly less - about 5-6 minutes a side. There was nothing left to photograph except bones. :)

Ww Chicken Skewers with Soy-mirin MarinadeExcellent recipe and very simple. I used bell pepper, onion and zucchini alongside the chicken on the skewers.

Pork Lion Roast with Bone InThis was very good. I forgot to add the orange juice, but I think it could have only added to the recipe. The meat was delicious and the veggies were perfectly done.

Crockpot Beef Short RibsThis recipe was very good. I thought it was slightly oversweet, and would probably cut back on the ketchup somewhat, but the flavor was delicious. We made it in a dutch oven rather than the crockpot due to time.
