Easy Chicken TeriyakiThis was a big hit in my home. In a home of particular eaters a recipe that leaves everyone licking their fingers gets a big two thumbs up. I used drumsticks and thighs. I also marinated them in the mixture for a couple hours. I might add honey next time and bake it in the oven to give the skin a sweet taste and crispy texture.
