Slow Cooker Butter ChickenI think I may have let the chicken cook a bit too long as the recipe suggests as it was a bit dry - but flavors were nice - subtle but nice. Definitely want to try again with less time.

Shrimp DiabloAccidentally dumped a bit more chili in than intended but was really good as a result! Went really well with rice.

20-Minute Chicken ParmesanReally good - I kept worrying it wouldn't cook through but it did no problem. It was a bit messy though and have to say that I didn't manage to get the breadcrumbs to stick to the chicken very well, as soon as they were cooking they all crumbled off. Really tasty though!

Southern-Style Oven Fried ChickenYou definitely have to like the taste of corn flakes - but since I do these were really good - relatively easy and quick. Would definitely recommend doubling up on the spices as some of the others have said to minimize the corn flake taste and bring out the chicken. Great recipe for keeping the chicken really moist!

Homemade Butter RollsThese were a great compliment to the slow cooker pulled pork recipe as the slight sweetness of rolls mixed well with the spicy bbq of the pork. Would definitely make these again.
